Free ski pass 

In these terms and conditions, the ‘Free ski pass’ offer will be defined as ‘The Offer.’ The person who reserves a studio using the ‘Free ski pass’ offer will be referred to as ‘The Student.’   

1. Offer details 

The ‘Free ski pass’ offer provides a free ski pass for the Sierra Nevada ski resort when a student books a studio through our website.  

This Offer is valid at Student Experience Granada.  

The ski pass is valid for 5 (non-consecutive) days. 

The ski pass can be used on weekends and weekdays within the ski resort’s operational dates for the current ski season. 

The ski pass must be used within the ski resort’s operational dates for the ski season 24/25. 

The ski pass includes access to ski lifts and ski slopes but excludes gear and parking.  

The Offer does not include transportation between Student Experience Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resorts; students are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

2. Eligibility 

The Offer is valid for students only. 

All Student Experience studios are exclusively available for students aged 16 years or older. Students aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian.  

Eligible students must be registered at an educational institution in Spain or abroad for a study program, internship, Ph.D., or similar educational activity. 

3. Booking and availability 

The Offer applies exclusively to bookings made through the Student Experience website.  

The Offer is valid for new contracts only.   

The Offer is valid for contracts with a minimum duration of 9 months, starting on or after August 1, 2025, and ending no later than August 31, 2026. 

The Offer is subject to availability. Limited spots are available for bookings under this offer. Spots are allocated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. 

Bookings must be made within the validity period. Bookings made before or after this date will not be considered for the promotion.   

4. How to redeem the 5-day ski pass “Forfait 5 días libre uso” 

1. Upon signing the contract, the Student will receive a promotional code from Student Experience.  
2. The Student needs to create a profile on  https://centrocomercio.sierranevada.es/registrationrequest 
3. After creating the profile, the Student can log into the website using their credentials: https://centrocomercio.sierranevada.es/auth/login  
4. The Student needs to then send an email to colectivo@cetursa.es indicating:

a. Name and last name 
b. Promotional Code received by Student Experience 

5. The Student will receive a confirmation email from colectivo@cetursa.es confirming the activation of the offer.

5. Terms of use 

The Offer can’t be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. 

The ski pass is subject to the terms and conditions of the ski resort, including rules on availability, weather conditions, and safety requirements. For additional details on the ski pass terms and conditions, please visit Centro Comercio Sierra Nevada. 

Student Experience is not responsible for the safety, supervision, or conduct of individuals using the ski pass. Users are solely responsible for adhering to the safety rules and guidelines provided by the ski resort. 

Participants in this offer must accept all the terms and conditions of this campaign. Individual cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.  

Students can transfer the offer. To do that, they will need to share their promo code with the person they want to transfer it to. This person will need to follow the steps as per step 2 above. 

6. Cancellation 

If the studio booking is canceled or modified before the contract commences and the free ski pass promo code has been redeemed, the student will be required to pay a reimbursement fee of € 250. 

No compensation will be provided if the ski pass is unused. 

7. Availability    

This offer is subject to availability at Student Experience Granada. Student Experience reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.   

8. Changes to the campaign   

Student Experience reserves the right to make changes to the offer and/or the terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.   

9. Decision authority   

Decisions regarding all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding by the Student Experience management.

11. Data protection  

Following current regulations on personal data protection, participants in this offer are informed that their personal data required to participate in this offer will be processed by the entity with which the resident has established their contractual relationship.   

The data will be processed to manage the booking, communicate relevant information, and comply with legal obligations.   

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by applicable law.   

Submitting a request to participate in the offer implies expressly accepting all terms and conditions.
