Prices may be adjusted annually, and you will always be informed of any changes in advance.
The deposit is € 1120. When signing your contract, you must pay the deposit together with the first month's payment.
The service costs are approximately € 155 per month, excluding the costs for heat and hot water, which are about € 75 - € 90 per month. For the supply of heat and hot water, a contract must be concluded with the designated external party, Eteck.

Are you 23 years or older? Then you can apply for housing allowance. Whether you are entitled to this depends on your income.
