Your studio is fully furnished for your comfort. We created a cozy nook to watch TV, read a book, or FaceTime your parents. We've also prepared a kitchen, bathroom, and linen set and have already made your bed. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase.

Below, you’ll find all studio types, sizes, prices, and floor plans so you can check out what your studio looks like. You can find the floorplan of the whole complex here.

Important note: Our prices are currently calculated with a 9% VAT. Due to potential government adjustments, the VAT rate for short stays may rise to 21% from January 1, 2026, impacting your monthly costs.

Studio prices

Prices are valid from 01/05/2025. Did you book a studio for the academic year '25/'26 before this date? Then, your monthly price may vary from those mentioned above. Please refer to your contract for the correct price. 

The price includes: 

• 27/4 access with an electronic card.
• VAT and (municipal) taxes.
• Use of electricity, water, and WiFi.
• Access to the facilities: lounges, gym, rooftop sports field, private dining room, study rooms, and other common areas. 
• Access to events organized on location.

Other fees

The deposit is € 1.750, and the reservation fee is € 50. These fees are to be paid together with your first month's rent in your first transfer.

Other fees that are not included in the monthly price:  

• Costs for washing and drying 
• Parking in the underground garage

Housing allowance

Due to the temporary nature of your stay, it is not possible to apply for housing benefits while staying at Student Experience Amsterdam Minervahaven.

The complex has no residential destination, so you can only stay here temporarily. Additionally, you will not receive your own house number, but rather a room number, which means you will not have your own mailbox. These are requirements that you must meet in order to apply for housing benefits.
