Your studio is fully furnished for your comfort. Make a nice cup of coffee in your private coffee area and relax on your private terrace. We’ve also prepared a bathroom and linen set. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase.

Studio prices

We like to keep things simple, so we offer straightforward and all-inclusive prices for contracts for the academic year '25/'26.

The price includes:

• 27/4 access with an electronic card.
• VAT and (municipal) taxes.
• Use of electricity, water, and WiFi.
• Cleaning service of your studio (twice a month).
• Parking in the underground parking garage (upon availability).
• Access to the facilities: a gym, a rooftop padel court, a swimming pool (during summer), study rooms, and other common areas. 
• Access to all events organized on location.

Other fees  

When signing your contract, you must pay the deposit of € 1.500 and the reservation fee of € 50. These are to be paid together with the first month's payment.  

Other fees that are not included in the monthly price:  

• Costs for washing and drying 
• Meal plans and individual meals at DO EAT!  

Meal plan

The location has a restaurant: DO EAT! You can eat at the restaurant whenever you want or choose a meal plan for your convenience.

 *These are adapted studios, specially designed and prioritized for students with reduced mobility requirements. Evidence of your situation and needs for an adaptable studio will be requested upon booking.
