Interested in booking a tour at Student Experience Madrid Pozuelo? You can book a tour (virtual or in-person) to take a look at the complex and studios.

Important:

• You must be 16 years of age or older to stay at Student Experience, provided you have permission from a parent or guardian to enter into the contract. From the age of 18, you can enter into a contract by yourself.
• You book a studio for yourself; your parents or someone else can't do this for you.

You can select your studio of preference in the studio selector by choosing between different start dates and prices. Use the filters to find the best option for you. After selecting a studio, you'll find more information about the studio in the advertisement. Once you book a studio, it's yours right away.

After responding to a studio, you can find it under 'my response overview' in the service portal.

Important: 

• The start date of your contract can't be changed. We recommend filtering your preferred start date and then selecting a studio to make sure the start date is correct.
• Once you have made your studio selection, switching to a different studio is not possible. Your contract will be finalized based on the studio you selected during the online booking process.
• Please note that once you book a studio, it typically takes us two business days to prepare your contract and complete administrative tasks. Do you want to book a studio with a start date closer than two work days? Then, please contact us directly. 

After selecting your studio with the correct start date, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Within one week, we’ll prepare your contract, and you will receive another email inviting you to access your personal page on our service portal. After your first login, you will need to change your password.

Once your account is set up, you are all ready to go! In your service portal, you can:

• Upload your proof of enrollment at an educational institution;
• Watch the introductory video;
• Find the floorplan of your studio; 
• Read through the contract.

After receiving your contract in the service portal, you have 5 days to check out these documents, watch the introductory video, or book a tour.

Digitally signing the contract can be done in the service portal. By accepting the studio, you agree to make the first payment. Keep this in mind when you sign the contract.

The first payment consists of:

• The price for the remaining days of the month in which the agreement commences. Does the contract start at the end of the month? Then the payment for the next month is also included;
• The administration costs of € 50;
• The deposit of € 1500.

All that's left to do is check in! After completing your first payment, you can schedule your own check-in appointment via the service portal. You're welcome 7 days a week from 1 PM to 9 PM. The duty manager or receptionist will welcome you at reception to hand over the key card to your studio. Please bring your identification documents (Passport/ID/driver's license) to the check-in.

Do you want to check in later than the contract's start date? No problem! You can schedule your check-in appointment for a date that works best for you. Please note that you are still responsible for the rent from the start date that’s mentioned in your contract.

Upon first entering your studio, check if everything is in order. If you have any questions or remarks, the duty manager will be happy to answer them.
