Your studio is fully furnished for your comfort. We created a cozy nook to watch TV, read a book, or Facetime your parents. We've also prepared a kitchen, bathroom, and linen set and have already made your bed. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase.
We like to keep things simple, so we offer straightforward, all-inclusive prices for contracts for the academic year 25/'26.

The price includes:
Parking in the underground parking garage (upon availability).
Access to the facilities: a gym, a rooftop padel court, a swimming pool (during summer), study rooms, and other common areas.
The deposit is € 1000. The reservation fee is € 50. These are to be paid together with the first month's payment.

The location has a restaurant: DO EAT! You can eat at the restaurant whenever you want, or select a meal plan of choice for your convenience.

*Studio types 2 and 3 are adapted studios, specially designed and prioritized for students with reduced mobility requirements. Evidence of your situation and needs for an adaptable studio will be requested upon booking.
